Miller, Ph.D., a professor of biology at Brown University and this year’s recipient of the Mendel Medal, will deliver the 2009 Mendel Medal Lecture, Darwinian Grandeur: A Biologists Journey Through Evolutions Tangled Bank, in the Connelly Center Cinema (2 pm refreshments followed by the 2:30 pm lecture).
